Discussion Cutting is EZ

Atleast for now I love doing cardio just walked alot yesterday
Cutting doesn't even have to be physical, most skinny people that want to cut cause they look fat mostly have a crappy diet. But yes cutting is very easy and as simple as change to diet + a few thousand steps and just keeping yourself active. (And for fatcels no if you're doing good dieting and active and you're confused as to why you're not cut within like 1-2 months just be paitent and stay consistent :peepoLove: )

Building muscles is harder than cutting.

Cutting can be done by walking every day and removing refined sugar and refined carbs from your diet. You can even skip the night meal and go to sleep

I was 97kg last year, today 83kg

Bulking is honestly harder imo. @pompompurino what's harder in your opinion, bulking or cutting?
i’d say i find both very hard, cutting is hard because you see yourself very small and your brain fucks with you, you feel as if you’ve lost all muscle gained and that you look worse and worse. you are also extremely hungry. it fucks with your sleep majorly if you don’t space out your meals well and you don’t have very much energy for workouts and have to supplement yourself with caffeine eventually. i literally would die in the gym without caffeine ngl. for bulking it’s hard to force yourself to eat a shit ton of food and watch yourself get fatter by the week, also heart rate goes up bc ur body likes to maintain a balance this means you get pretty sweaty and gross. both are hard asf in their own way.
