in 2027 the number of motm badges that users have will reach unfeasibly high levels. so, the mods will put a cap on how many motms will be in circulation. the number will be 12, for 12 months of the year, and after the year is over, the 12 are evaluated to see if they are fit to stay. as a result, every motm will have to prove themself
