For someone with elite supras and deep set eyes, his undereye area has a clear Y pattern which is very common among anyone who has a recessed maxilla and infras, this shape is created because his maxilla isn't projected enough to counter the depth and fill in the area so it's usually way below the eyes

A projected maxilla and projected infras have a forward curve way past the eyes and look way different and filled out

id opt for fat grafts not the same results but still pretty good nonetheles ,i also have simillar under recesed infras as him and am planing to get them
