As I said before, my prime starts Feb 1st. So imma lock tf in on my diet etc.

I ate about 1200kcals today. Did 1000kcals worth of cardio too. Sounds stupid, is stupid, but my face is getting leaner.

Studied for 3 hours. Called my friends and family. Didn’t play any videogames. Planned to meet my on and off side piece.

I’m moving forward, steadily. Making progress

No way you can keep doing this consistently lmfao. I’ve been doing 1.3k kcals and up to 150g protein (more than necessary ik, I just get there cause i eat high protein stuff) daily since like a month for my cutting regimen and im basically starving. And I don’t even do cardio daily just like 3 times a week or something. Btw if u study a lot that burns calories as well, but it’s hard to measure and i wouldn’t rely on it.

Honestly that’s what I’m loving most about this cut aside from getting more comfortable with myself again. All the money I’m saving hahaha
