Can somebody tell me if I have tmj, all 2024 my fucking jaw was clicking like crazy and i would get pain in my jaw and then it would rise to my head and i'd have to worst migranes. If i do have it is there like a cure or should I rope?

Also, my teeth are all perfect except for 2 in the upper left corner, my canine tooth is stuck up in my gins and the one next to it has been pushed bavk. Im due to gey braces soon, coulx that be causing the tmj?

I had the same issues about two years ago until I decided to force my lopsided jaw to go back into place

My smile is fixed and no longer off center

Im going back to school at the end of this month I NEEEEED to debloat quick, ik gonna dump processed food and workout and eat banana's and try and find coconut water but do u think this or a regular metal gau sha can do something?????

You'll have better results with light cardio on a regular basis to evacuate fluids, adding potassium chloride as a salt substitute, and maybe MAYBE nutmeg powder to your food

I have tmj. It is possible to get over the pain. Get it looked at, do physiotherapy, massages, acupuncture, train masseters, and work on mobility. I did this and it has made it liveable.
