Info "delete the gold react" protest

We need to combat that deeply anti intellectual "react" that is destroying any semblance of civic discourse on this forum. It inflates people's reaction scores and as we know it no inflation has ever led to anything positive. Thus we are forced to protest against this abomination of a reaction. I hope one day I will open this forum and that insolent reaction will be gone for good

That would be even worse for this community, dislike already is being abused by certain individuals to sow terror and chaos among the userbase, black gold would utterly obliterate anything that is left of civil discourse on this forum

Not a bad idea, although I enjoy using it. I respect your point of view as it inflates reaction scores in a way, but as I have said it also makes this forum more interesting. I would rather prefer to get rid of the infamous dislike
