he said I'm not entitled to buy you the foods you want to eat, so instead he's still going to buy junk food for my austic roommate.

tell your case manager. you can back up your statements and tell them to implement a structured meal plan for all the clients to help aid in whatever ailments they have—or the people that collect the reports he puts in for you all.
