I've been on a very steady diet of only eaten fruit and my thighs have gotten very thin, I have very wide hips and im scared to lose my great build, im thinking of going on a protein bulk for a bit, meats, nuts, oats, milk, simple stuff, is this a good idea? I go to the gym but not much I may go more but I don't like abs on women so I'll just go back and forth on diet to keep waist thin lol

Go to the gym three times a week. Do a fullbody workout. Dont go more than 48 hours without training.
Do not exceed 300kcal of surplus
Just that lol. Any more than that is a waste of time.
Your body is constantly in hypertrophy or atrophy. Studies indicate that atrophy begins after 48 hours.
Therefore frequency>>volume
To avoid high cortisol spikes, high or moderate volume is ideal.
Now do the following. Divide 10 reps into 3, and then 4-6 sets into 3 lol, this will be her sets and reps in a workout

"Unnatural muscles"
These muscles come from a natural process of the body. Natural adaptations of ur body, u r basically generating a chronic process
Stop talking shit lol
How? If ur training should be based on anatomical positions. Functions of these muscles jfl, u r doing everything naturally

exactly , adapting to lifting things up and down , no human in nature does that
you'd better be doing things that imitate hunting ( some ball sports ) to support athletism
the muscles are unnatural because they serve an unnatural useless process , you're literally saying it yourself
lol will you use the human past as a reference? Alr.
And he completely ignored the adaptation of his tendons and bones, which aren't bad; strength training is vastly superior to mobility training.
Do you do this to gain muscle? What about subhumans with a junk structure and junk genetics to gain muscle?
u literally just talk shit after shit without basing it on anything wtf
gym is very bad for longevity....
i mean yeah you're better than ppl who rot and eat a shit diet but still being stress free and enjoying nature's gifts is waaaaaaaaay superior
diet ,just eating a heavy animal protein diet will build muscle on its own with no need to external mechanical tension ( given you have healthy hormones )

yessssss..... adaptation to lifting metal , its not in any way a useful adaptation

i dont intentionally want to gain muscle , it should come naturally
natural = body needs it
Just don't. I'm not going to waste my thoughts and time debating with someone who avoids facts, just live your life and stop spreading misinformation.
There is no way to have real hypertrophy without lifting weights or doing isometrics against a static object.

i am saving her life , telling ppl to lift metal for no reason is the pinnacle of stupidity .... espacially for her as a woman
if she would do moderate work (as simple as walking , playing with loved ones , sex ) , find a loving partner , enjoy nature , eat a good diet as nature intended ... escaping all anti-nature dogmas
she would be very happy and healthy , the only goal in this life is to be happy and healthy and to get there you should embrace nature for there is no way about it

My bro answer this to someone who literally lives in a fucking forest JFL Id even work out at the gym blud
These are just facts. Cope with the fact that I will be stronger than u hunting, it's 2025 and I will not follow 100% what my ancestors did.
This shit is called evolution.
Alr, tell me what u do?? This shit doesn't make much sense. Lifting a weight isn't something unnatural
It's probably coming from someone who's never dealt with animals, or with really exhausting manual labor. And thinks living in "nature" is just shit. Peace and love jfl
Try to catch a cow and give her some vaccine with ur skinny arms
Stop repeating shit you see on the internet, bro. How many kilometers have u ever walked with a 20-30kg dead animal?

i spend about 2 months of the year living in a farm in the mountains, i know how to Shepherd , i killed boars before not once not twice , i've encountered wolves and protected the flocks ( with the help of the lovely dogs )
lifting weights is unnatural , no one ever in nature lifts weight .... my paternal family ( Shepherds ) laugh at the idea of "gym" and they laugh more at the idea of standing there lifting metal up and down
ik what happens in nature and you dont know me ....
Just chill brah , never ever stress
and you're stressing hard
And I live in one all year round, the view from my school window is just greenery and lots of cows. My town has no more than 5,000 people. You don't even live it and you keep repeating things all the time lol, I can't describe to you what it's like to live in a city and neither can you describe what it's like to live on a farm

JFL, mb bro. So they're 100% right? I have native blood and that doesn't mean my parents think lifting weights is stupid. They're proud that I'm not just an idiot who trains incorrectly. This shit is not as simple as you think, you get angry because it is not something "natural"
This simply doesnt make any sense. Its just a way to transform ur body into something better and healthier.
Give me facts, tell me things that make this unnatural. Cortisol spikes? Lol, thats not enough, cuz if they were spikes from very high stress, they would be a bad thing, not a good thing.
Incorrect, u just follow a wave in which u dont seek more knowledge.......r u part of the guys who only eat meat too lol? Otherwise it would already explain a lot
So thats the answer to everything? Well, if u didn't like it mb , Just dont respond. I thought a masculine trait would defend ur ideas. But apparently its just a cortisol spike, right? Nothing personal brah.
That's where we disagree , I don't believe a muscular gym body is better ... It's a cheap imitation to a naturally strong frame . Could be a matter of preferences but muscles are cope for attraction for the most part , you can have a good skinny frame and you'll mog the gymcel to Mumbai and back

cortisol and inflammation are the main arguments, I think there are way better ways for "working out" than lifting metal
It is unnatural simply because no human naturally wants to do it by desire or instinct, and no human in nature lifts rocks out of spite
I also believe that the muscles are not meant to be isolated but rather the body is meant to work as a whole unit
Incorrect, u just follow a wave in which u dont seek more knowledge.......r u part of the guys who only eat meat too lol? Otherwise it would already explain a lot
I am a biotech student and biochemistry is my fav subject (well appeal to authority) ik what I am talking about and I am pretty passionate Abt it
So yeah I do seek knowledge
I am not carnivore nor do I advocate for it , humans eat mostly meat but they're not strict carnivores
So thats the answer to everything? Well, if u didn't like it mb , Just dont respond. I thought a masculine trait would defend ur ideas. But apparently its just a cortisol spike, right? Nothing personal brah
Its not just abt that, its abt mechanical tension. I gave u examples of isometrics, calisthenics can also be part of this.
They f literally the same things with different details that dont change anything in the process.
Doing your best against a static object, simulating muscle function for 5 seconds and then stopping. Repeating this 3 times is enough for hypertrophy (on a smaller scale, of course). But you already recruit motor units, you already have mechanical tension, you already activate the pap. And your progression is the increase in strength itself.
u understand? u wouldnt use any weight and it wouldn't even take minutes
Weights are just a detail. Just an accessory, idk but I think the Greeks and Romans already did such things, calisthenics, etc.
That's where we disagree , I don't believe a muscular gym body is better ... It's a cheap imitation to a naturally strong frame . Could be a matter of preferences but muscles are cope for attraction for the most part , you can have a good skinny frame and you'll mog the gymcel to Mumbai and back
But its not mandatory. Ofc, compound exercises require a much greater perceived effort. But u dont have to isolate them.
And u can lift weights without having the goal of gaining muscle, u can do a workout seeking adaptation to that weight (like powerlifters)
Yes, I would change a lot of things. Frequency (more rest time), volume, rest time between sets, etc. Exercises

Ofc, I understand. They are ur ideas and there is no way I can change them or vice versa, but at least distribute information and things like that between us
