Seed oils have Polyunsaturated fats which causes inflammation and oxidative stress. Very unhealthy.
Replace seed oils with olive oil, avocado oil, ghee, butter, lard, tallow, coconut oil or don't use oil like Japanese. All these oils like soyabean, sunflower, safflower, mustard, linseed, rapeseed, sesame are promoted by capitalists.
We had to eat special kinds of foods to counter bad effects of seed oils. Our ancestors never had to eat anything superficial to compensate as their diet was not at all toxic.
