Hypothesis DIY Lateral commisuroplasty MIGHT not be that bad

I mean I heard about it a few times before but immediately disregarded it as ass like 90% of other DIY surgeries, but after looking into the mechanisms of the real thing I think it wouldn't be ridiculously hard to replicate. The results are kinda mid tho but I guess that's another +, you probably won't look any worse off than if you got the real thing. I think going about actually doing the DIY would be the hardest part.

It's an option for hardcore motherfuckers but most people are too dumb or too high inhib to ever do it. I won't be attempting this but it's fuel for thought

Honestly pretty far away, I can get the anaesthesia now I think I actually already have it and stitches and one of those medical carving knives I forgot the name. I Honestly just need space away from my family that's the mist important thing
