make sure u have enough nutrients if u go on a cal deficit, some crackheads/hobos have lean faces but look bad bc of lack of nutrients and terrible health indicators
 
yes if you’re in a calorie deficit plus it can help you stay toned just don’t use it as an excuse to eat junk
