Do people actually find FaceIQ attractive?

I am not seeing what others are seeing I guess. He looks bloated, zygoless (never seems to have great ogee curve), and has excessive UEE. Also his mouth area bothers me for some reason, he has a stud nose ring, I feel like he has bad occlusion, I could go on and on. He's far from ugly, but I don't think he is very attractive if attractive at all. He talks with such a monotone, egotistical voice, and I genuinely wonder if he is autistic. He looks like he is frauding in the third photo

It’s not that bad but I think he definitely could get leaner, I think he does it for health as he believes toxins are stored in the fat
