I've been sick for a while now and I feel so debilitated and weak, but I somehow feel like a grew taller while sick, idk if this me feeling tall because I'm stuck in bed all day and have to readjust to standing up. Or am I actually still growing

I don't know if It produces more growth hormones, but sometimes when I healed after being sick they told me I looked taller.
Idk man that's why I'm asking, probably yes tho
I think it's because I'm getting more sleep and I'm pretty sure you still produce growth hormone while sick
