Obviously orthotropics, given the right circumstances, is effective for children as their craniofacial structure is still developing. There's mountains of evidence to support that, even conventional dentists concede that mewing is the correct tongue posture.
But I don't subscribe to the belief in the efficacy of mewing for adults, yes, like I said before it's the optimal tongue posture but since your facial bones have already halted development, mewing won't magically force bone growth. it'd be insane cope to believe that, reminds me of people who advocate such faggotry as zygo-pushing and thumb-pulling.
