Does alcohol bloat u

Yes...it is brutal. Why do you think +35 men are so bloated?

Yes, it does. It's due dehydration, which normally happens after digestion, general fluid retention, and if you notice it early on into the night, it's probably due blood vessel expansion (because it's a depressant) early on in the digestion process. It eventually goes away and in most cases if you're noticing it afterwards it's due to dehydration/fluid retention. Alcohol can cause long term effects to the body, normally most noticeable in the stomach area and your face, so just don't drink it too often and when you do not too much.
