Yeah, when I was a meth addict binging in a hotel for 5 days at a time without coming out I used to hear all kinds of noises. Humming, feint carnival music, taps on the walls from within the room, and metallic breathing inside the room.

It's the spiritual realm. The potions removed some of the veil and allowed me to hear what we can't usually observe. Something wants something from you badly if you can hear it without potions. Don't be scared though. Don't fear it and don't interract with it.

Im just playing man I’ve heard whispering from within my pillow, hearing that metal breathing you mentioned and full blown crying and incoherent conversations when I was in a year long psychosis, I also thought some man was living in my upper crawl space and I would shout out for him to leave me alone when I was in the shower and I believed people were following me home.
