Does having a big nose from the side matter?

All my other facial features are good, like eye area and proportions and all that, and from the front my nose looks fine. But like from the side it's lowkey chopped. But like everything else from the side is good. Also are having like beauty marks bad? Idk I'm new to this stuff

Even though it’s a flaw, if your overall harmony is really, really good and it’s just low-key and not that noticeable, then I don’t think it matters THAT much. I mean, you could save up money for a rhinoplasty, but that depends on you. And the beauty marks also depend on how big they are and how many of them you have
