if you cant do a kickflip, everytime someone tells you to do one your cortisol will spike and eventually lead to heart failure

It’s horrible, most of the fun that comes from skateboarding is from the adrenaline, and that is coincidental with cortisol spikes, if you’re just strolling around though, it’s fine
