Does sleeping on your back work for symmetrical face?

It helps a little depends on the asymmetry though and will take a long time

it helps if there is a muscle imbalance in your face's sides but otherwise no. Sides is better bc it drives cerebrospinal fluid down the brain or something, theres a good org post on it

Skip to 40 seconds I've heard a pillow underneath lower back helps too
