JFL Does the blackpill make you retarded?

Well based on this sentence, ur not much better urself

I think it's because most blackpill ideology provides an answer to people who don't want to change things in their lives. It's defeatist in nature. Most people who are looking to validate pre-existing thoughts are not people normally open minded to learning new information.

I think the general gist of "Beauty effects your place and status in this world" is accurate. I think a lot of blackpill spaces take this to mean "And there's nothing you can do about it. Give up now."

It's weird, because looksmaxxing kind of stems off of the idea that the "You can't do anything about it" mindset is inaccurate - You can change it, by lookmaxxing. Perhaps surprisingly or unsurprisingly, a majority of people in these communities are not actually into lookmaxxing as a belief, they're into the incel aspect of it.

Yeah. If you think about it, most of the 'looksmaxxing' creators are people who already started off conventionally attractive in their 'before' photos. It's a space for attractive men to signal to other men that they're attractive; that they hold the status that incels seek.

The actual feedback loop in question is the reinforcement of the idea aesthetically pleasing people control the world. So the incels have created a space to glaze the aesthetically pleasing people, in exchange the aesthetically pleasing people make them feel less alone by partaking in the blackpill ideology. "You're not crazy for feeling this way, I mean look at me, I completely understand your struggle" when in fact, no, they never understood the struggle.

It's why places on .org and .com are people asking a bunch of questions but rarely saying anything new. People hardly ever make actual change in their lives or appearances, because they're not actually there to make a change. They're there to be told by beautiful people that they're correct.

The pretty people get praise, and the incels get told they're correct. It's why it's kind of gay to read a lot of threads on .org. It's a weird feedback loop. That's my opinion anyways.
