Does zygo maxxing reduce collagen?

sorry I misremembered I was thinking of zygo pulling but I think the principle applies to all kind of softmaxxing that are like exercises which involve pulling at the skin
Those exercises are mostly cope
Pulling your skin won't do anything nor to collagen nor nothing

I heard this claim on ig and it kinda bummed me out - any direction?
I've also heard this claim for gua sha but idc as much about that
Lymphatic drainage (through using a gua sha, your hands, etc.) doesn't reduce collagen, if anything it clears a pathway to help/promote healthy collagen production, and on top of this collagen itself promotes lymphatic drainage
