Do you have proof? Since I already was quick to warn a user (for being an alt), it was later protested (by you and some others), so I/we would like some proof before actually acting (even though I was right about them being an alt, lol).

idk what the issue is, but how r u gonna get the proper response of "hey i made the mistake w/ somebody and i'm gonna make sure to do it properly" but STILL be upset? what is the expected response? ban/unban anybody you say personally? be so fr

you have a right to be frustrated and i'm not saying you don't i'm just saying that because the first issue got brought up and they got dogged for it-- the process has probably been changed and they can't control that. if they keep banning people falsely or incorrectly they lose their mod perms.

the riddler or w/e unfortunately got falsely banned, so to avoid maybe potentially falsely banning somebody else they have to review it now. there is no other option that will keep everybody happy

Ok I agree 100% with this. Becky is gonna show the proof and whitepill is gonna get banned, of course. No double standards.

So I can doxx an user and click the deletion button? My IP is still unbanned and he can cancel the deletion and doxx another user, since he’s a doxxer

You're saying a lot of stuff for a situation you don't even understand, man. Why are you so confident about something you're clearly not aware of? We're obviously talking about Whitepill and what the correct course of action is, but we're waiting on stuff outside of our control.

I don't have access to IPs, I don't have permission to blacklist them.

That’s not true, since I spoke to the victim.
Anyways, a guy got unfairly unbanned and I just know yall wouldn’t give a fast ban if it was whitepill (since his main didn’t get deleted but his supposed alt was).

Two wrongs don't make a right. Besides, his ban was reversed minutes later, it serves little purpose. Handling issues too quickly also upsets people, as you made clear. That's why waiting for sufficient proof is better. That may perhaps also upset people, but it is objectively the better way to handle things. :-)

If he comes back then of course the ban will be instated, as it stands though to ban an account already in the process of being deleted is pointless. I understand your point though.

I do not want more people to complain. So, I will just wait for proof now. The quicker we receive it, the better. No offense btw. 😇

if you've ever hosted a website/forum, you would know immediately. if you haven't it's very rich that you're explaining technical details about things behind the admin panel when not having that experience

I could be incorrect in saying this but I think they're saying they can't do it on the user end.

99% of the guys that replied to this thread didn’t host a website/forum.

Btw, I didn’t explain anything, im just trying to understand how can I avoid the ban rules too.
