Bro I hate eating whether its something like baked chicken or veg or something unhealthy the only thing I like is the dopamine from taste but I hate knowing I ate and knowing I'm about to eat like I feel.terrible eating once a day and it's to the point I feel sick after only eating like say some slices of pork loin a breast or some red meat

I love eating
I'm happy for you bro I'm just worried about my look for me I look sloppy the second I eat and I want a better physique. I workout everyday with boxing and basketball as cardio and also just wanting to compete as a fighter but I feel eating even something small ruins my prgoress
 
I'm concerned for you. This isn't healthy man, it sounds like you might have an eating disorder. You feel shame before and after you eat, and you hardly eat, you mentally cause yourself to feel nauseous, and these aren't good behaviors. I respect your dream and dedication to be a fighter, but in order to do that and also have a good physique, you need a good health. You can definitely and should cut out the unhealthy crappy food, but you should still be eating well. Right now, try to build your calories up, don't overwhelm yourself. If you cut like this, you will feel fatigued and your progress and body will be exhausted, your body needs food for energy. In fact, you may experience muscle loss and health issues. Try not to over think about the physique; having a healthy diet, along with the fact that you exercise, means you won't really mess yourself up. Slowly increase how much you eat a day, eat natural products. Meat (inclusive of fish and poultry) , dairy, fruits, some whole grains. What can also help is having snacks, and trying liquid cals like shakes. Also try to relax and reduce stress and improve other parts of your life. Make sure you get recovery days, don't push yourself to the point where it's harmful. Eventually try to get to 2-3 full meals a day with a few snacks and hydration. I'm wishing you the best man, mentally and physically.

U see like being bulky attracts a lot of weird like 30-60 year old men and I hate it like they Will grab you try to get you to get in cars with them follow you and I'd rather just have a skinny frame as to not feel so exposed and percieved

i am sorry that this happened to you man
but still you need to eat

how do I gain weight, I'm tired of being a Twink
 
I used to workout
 
I got big cuz both my parents are bulky it's muscle with a layer of fat but I notice when I eat even a Lil and work out I get somewhat bigger
I'm tall, broad shouldered, and skinny
