If you spike dopamine high, lots of times your dopamine receptors will become less receptive to this neurotransmitter.

And increase your stress effectively aging you and making quality of life worse? I'll pass. I understand 'real' dopamine, but real dopamine isn't forced either. Do what you want to but try to avoid cheap dopamine is the best option.

Maybe in modern times??? I don't see how doing things you enjoy can be bad for you in terms of longevity or health unless its an unnatural thing
