It cannot accumulate like industrial toxins, pesticides, and plant toxins.
As long as it's within recommended range and you aren't putting it directly near you you will not be exposed to any levels worthy of concern. Non ionizing radiation in general is extremely low but we do need to factor in the inverse square law, so yeah just don't shove it directly near yourself and you are fine. Milligaus detector would be useful imo, you could detect if you live near any towers or if any of your devices are malfunctioning and exposing you to abnormal rates. EMF blocking paint and the tinfoil shit is extremely overkill, it isn't going to do any damage. Just wanted to fully type out my thoughts, it's common trend in these spaces to fear monger it. I first saw it in the pills.gg thingy , couple of years ago, and it seemed super concerning. But in reality, it's not that bad.
