Why being NT should be your priority.

1. You’ll never be chad.

I’ve been down the blackpill hole like most of you here. Obsessing over looks, and sure, there’s truth in some of it. But the constant doom, the feeling of being permanently broken, the “I’ll never make it” loop genuinely feels like a mental prison.
  • Realize your brain is addicted to negative loops
The blackpill mindset feeds on repetition. You read the same content, reinforce the same beliefs and dig deeper into hopelessness. That’s not truth — it’s mental conditioning.
What helped me is asking myself: “What would I be doing right now if I believed I wasn’t doomed?”
  • Unpopular opinion but focus on actions, not outcomes
Progress compounds. Self-respect grows from effort, not just results.
  • Build real value beyond looks or at least try
Looks matter. But not to the exclusion of everything else.
Social skills, purpose, income, self-discipline, creativity aren’t cope. These are the pillars of an actual life.
Even if you’re not in the 0.1%, you can still build a body, a business, a skillset, a presence that commands respect. And that confidence reshapes how people see you, even your looks to an extent.

NT is genetic, it’s all genetically determined
Just to clarify, when I say “NT” or “ND” I’m referring to it sarcastically but true, even extraversion is 50–60% heritable
Obviously you don’t wake up one day and fucking grind your way into being naturally emotionally stable.
My point is optimising your baseline.
