I’m going to try and lose 5 more pounds before I start stronger focus on strength training but part of me isn’t so sure thats the absolute best idea. Without showing pictures (I respect my boyfriend as well as myself ) what do you people think is the next move after I lose the weight, if I should lose that extra 5 at all? Any and all suggestions appreciated, thank you !

I am aware that these things arent super accurate just work with me here. Also strength training is obviously still part of my routine, i work out 5/7 days of the week, walk for 4 hours every morning before my day (every day) and am pretty active even outside of the gym.

Those 5 pounds should take about a month, after that get into a slight caloric surplus for as long as you can until you need to cut back the weight!
