Don't know about ethnic parents. Jeet parents are worst. They raise their kids to trouble others. They excuse any wrong act done by their kids by saying "Oh! He is a kid. It's okay". If you point out at their kids, they get mad. They protect their kids' bad manners.
When these kids grow up, they try to get away with anything especially creepy behaviour. They feel creepy behaviour is innocent. They feel parents are not against their wrong behaviour.
