No. It'll just inflate the standards, but if you believe in hypergamy it'll still exist only at an increased rate. The poor won't have acces to it for many years

Yes, I agree it. I think it is aimed at creating a bigger gap between the rich and the poor as the rich will have the funds to genetically modifying children while the poor will not. It will ruin society

eugenics works only in small group of people with good genes.

The weak naturally die off. Humans dependant on external support, say the funds of the goverment or other humans, lose their human freedom. These dependant ones lack the strong will or mental and physical capabilities to live a life as they want it.
