More on the exercise point, I see no point to do it. Track, gym, all destroyed my joints even with proper recovery. Being an "athlete" is not an indicator of health

How does that big forehead fucker say working out or running is bad,if he’s sedentary why does he have a good volume of muscle?
Also,look at the leg tissue,fat,muscle bone etc.
You’ll find that a 40% year old cyclist has better bone density,less excess fat and more muscle in their leg than a 30 year old sedentary man.

When you are jogging and running,and when you’re out of breath and need to breathe from your mouth your burning carbohydrates more than fat and more cortisol and oxygenated blood is used too much.
When you can breath normally,your cortisol levels are closer to baseline.

Id say light exercise- walking mitigates my stress the most
Track fucked me up tho, and basketball. Never again 🫡
 
I agree. He did open my eyes to the ways in which I've been lied to about lifestyle. I never enjoyed strenuous training, especially cardio.
