Rage ever since i was 11

i thought i was too old and my life was over. Every birthday was sad because I though ok now is the age where its too late for my life to turn good. At 15 I would think “wow I cant believe i thought I was too old at 14 I wish i didnt give up, but now at 15 im truly too old and have to give up”. The the same thing every year on repeat. Im trying to be grateful now and say “atleast im not 21 then it would be truly over”
