You can ramp up your metabolism a lot by increasing muscle mass and activity. There’s this guy thats eating 4-5k calories a day cause he has a lot of lean body mass and is very active.
Simply said, to increase your metabolism you have to build muscle/increase your activity level.
I’m going to the gym so I can be lean and eat a sh*t ton of food lolYh for sure , we skinny lanklets with a high metabolism need to eat a fuck lot.
