extreme animal product consumption

What I did:
I have spent the past 3 months nearly exclusively consuming animal products.

5-36 eggs a day.

-.5-2lbs of meat a day (largely uncooked apart from liver).

Half a gallon of raw milk a day (raw milk tastes noticeably better than pasteurized. Raw milk tastes unbelievably nice, like sugar). Sometimes I add my raw milk to 12 raw egg yolks and cinnamon before bed.
  • I don't consume raw whites because avidin is an anti nutrient which binds to biotin which would turn me into a balding subhuman, and I like my hair follicles).
  • I consume the egg nog before bed to maximize tryptophan to sleep maxx.

Orange juice for iron absorption and collagen maxxing.

If I'm feeling cute, I will eat some berries as they nice and contain antioxidants for collagen maxxing.

Results:

Positives:
Feel good. I have noticeably more energy in the morning and during the day.
Lost weight when I was consuming just meat and orange juice. However, once a started GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) I gained ~7lbs in 2 months.
Need less sleep (or at least subjectively think I do).
Strong morning boners.

Negatives:
I fart quite a lot. Mother gets angry because of farting.
Mother gets angry because I'm unemployed and the diet is expensive (and she is retired on government benefits). However, I will hopefully be accepted into a graduate program soon.
The less milk or orange juice I drink, the less times I poo which makes me feel weird if I am going for a morning run with my bowels clogged.

Future:
I should have records my blood results before and after.
I will continue the diet until it becomes unaffordable or my blood results return concerning results.

You fart a lot because you can't digest lactose properly

Cope. If I cut out 36 eggs a day (while maintaining my milk consumption) my farting goes away. Thus, I'm not at all lactose intolerant.

I see, so ur sensitive to eggs?
