Should I dye my eyebrows darker? Thin them out? Keep the shape? I have a round face and as you can see I also have round eyes and I’m trying to loose face fat but for now, I don’t know how my eyebrows should be

you need more length, grow them out with castor oil or minoxidil

Honestly, they seem fine to me. I wouldn't change them too much if I were you. Maybe making them thicker might help, but I'm not sure if it's worth the money and time it takes to grow them out more would be worth it for you long term.

My eyebrows are somewhat bushy or I guess I would say messy. My friend fixed them up for me but I just don’t know how to feel about them

They seem fine in thickness to me, but very poorly shaped.
I would say to go and get them professionally threaded, it’s quite cheap (in my experience)
Then, use a brow pomade to fill them in + tinted brow gel
