We could help you out with more precision if you gave us your height and weight. For now my answer is you should aim for a leaner body to accentuate your boobs halo. I'm not saying this in a dirty or smartass way; I think they would look bigger and stand out more if your belly was flatter. Don't crash diet though. Lose weight with patience.

your body needs all the nutrients it can get during puberty, if you want to lose weight while staying healthy you can switch to healthier but still nutritious foods like meat and some greens, that's gonna make you healthier without being as fat
