Common law and legal english
I did only study for 6 hours cause i don’t see the point of me having to learn about common law cause it’a utterly useless to me but it was an oral exam on teams requirement is to be able to answer to every questions, i answer 3/4 correctly
breh she talking about some what is a strict liability offence making me confused as shit thinking she askin about the different kind of offences but wants me to talk about mens rea and actua reus biiiih just ask the basics /elements of a criminal offence made me so confused i started rambling about summary offence, indictable offence(mistaken for stirct liability offence) and either way offence and the different type of courts ,
