So fasted cardio does not burn anymore calories than eating, it may actually be the opposite. If you have carbs before a workout you have more energy, and are able to exert more force. This is more apparent in weight lifting rather than cardio but it still stands true for both.
Fasting also does not help you loose fat faster than a normal calorie deficit, it doesn't matter when you eat your food as long as you maintain a deficit for the whole day you will loose weight, then for the week ect. So if you fast all day, then hit up maccas for dinner and eat like fat shit going over your maintenance you will gain weight.
But that doesn't mean its bad, i fast on a cut. Because in the morning when you haven't eaten its alot easier to not eat, once you eat you will start to feel hungry more often. So for me by drinking lots of water and deit coke i maintain a fast until 1-2pm. Then i can have bigger meals later in the day helping me maintain a deficit, because half the day i wasnt tempted to eat a thing. So for that reason its good, but if after your fast you eat over maintenance, then yeah it wont do anything.
Idk what you mean by exercise I would say yeah, if your body can handle it. If your talking about trying to build muscle, look into pre workout. Cardio, sure but doing in the fast or out of the fast does not really matter a whole lot.

Hard pass. I did this and I got lightheaded after doing exercises. Then again. I didn't eat for 3 entire days, that should be taken into account.
