fdoe?

For today I had some cooked salmon for breakfast, 3 raw eggs, and some kefir.
I didn't eat lunch because I was satiated from breakfast so I had some cooked beef as a snack and some fruit juice for hydration
Dinner I ate one more egg, and some fatty meat

yum, sounds like a great day of eating. what does kefir taste like? i’ve heard there’s good benefits from it.
 
only 2 meals

when I'm at home: burger patty or leftover steak and eggs with sourdough for breakfast/brunch, dinner might be some sort of ground meat

at uni: cottage cheese for breakfast, and then anything meat heavy for dinner
 
i eat 4 lightly cooked eggs (in one meal) everyday unless we run out
dairy, i will have a glass of milk everyday, and sometimes a glass of kefir
fruits (i blend it with glass of kefir)
meat with lavash and some vegetables
sometimes rice or noodles
then some dessert
idk everyday is different, but id say this is what i generally eat
 
Breakfast is two orange and one banana
Lunch is usually rice with one egg and meat and chicken Milanese
in the afternoon I eat dried fruits with milk
Dinner is the only food that my parents control so it depends on them. Always it's homemade: chicken with potatoes, pizza, empanadas, vegetable tart with chicken egg and cheese, or Milanese with something
 
Breakfast : A bowl of barley flakes (with milk), 2 rusks with peanut butter (100% naturale one), 4 slices of lean bacon and 3 fried eggs + coffee

Lunch : Lentils with 3 boiled eggs, sausage, olive oil, garlic, and shallot, mixed together. Sometimes sardines, the whole can. With a green tea

Dinner : Lentils with 3 boiled eggs, sausage, olive oil, garlic, and shallot, mixed together. Plus i add a yogurt with raw honey

From 97kg to 84kg now with that secret diet (literally removing carbs like rice and pasta)
