It was years ago and it was while I was doing another sport so I declined + my dad wouldn't let me anyway

Nah I try convincing myself I don't have it but everyone used to tell me I have it. I've never been to the doctors though since you have to get referred apparently

It's something you can improve upon atleast. Genetics can be cruel but you can't be too negative about things

No in my case it unfortunately isn't, I have triggers which you can't get rid off, and yeah they are jfl
