My personal guide to achieve the “perfect” female body(big boobs, thick thighs, fat ass, small waist, etc) please love your body either way tho and keep yourself healthy that is all that truly matters.
I have the WORST genetics(literally was flattest bitch on earf) im ngl but this is how Ive achieved a very socially praised physique

!! Also calisthenics is very important and beneficial !!

Gaining larger tits:
Massaging breasts
Gaining slight weight but do stretches that work your chest and some body weight chest focused exercises so the weight ur gaining becomes more focused in the area(same is for legs/ass)
Also DRINK WATER this applies to everything ngl

Hourglass:
Cardio(mostly running ngl)
Chest, back(back is important to make waist appear smaller) and leg exercises(recommend body weight and dumbbell exercises)
Stretch and twist urself a lot
Try and expand hip size through massaging(this helps with hip dips also)
Have a lean or jus healthier more balanced diet

Thighs and ass:
Same method with chest
Gain weight
massage a ton
Cardio
Do calisthenic like exercises(squats lunges etc) and incorporate weights
Healthy/lean diet make sure u have good amount of protein
Also when u do squats or smthing tighten ur ass as u go back up or tighten wtv part of ur body u wan the exercise to focus on
Also a lot of those exercises help with waist so does most of these steps coexist perfectly so honestly working one thing will help another yk in some way

I managed to gain a rlly tiny waist without calorie deficit(it used to b hard for me to not eat food because I worked in a kitchen and was working on new dishes) and my cup size went from A to C within a scary short amount of time but idk mayb I got lucky
 
Are thick thighs actually ideal ? I've been told mine are too big even when I was underweight and it like fucked with me alot

Ig it depends where u live. Where im from thick thighs are seen as more ideal than a bbl
