Do you consume raw meat and organs

Raw meat and organs is great as a snack but generally cooking it is better. Chewy> slimy for teeth whitening and saliva reproduction, cooking can improve nutrient profile

Ok let's hear what he has to say

Last time that I checked the texture of your food doesn't change the colour of your teeth
and saliva reproduction,
What?
cooking can improve nutrient profile
Omg, bro, NUTRIENTS ARE HEAT SENSITIVE, HOW CAN HEAT IMPROVE THE NUTRIENTS, DO YOU THINK MORE JUST SPAWN IN? WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

Agree with you here bud

It’s probably from the retarded studies saying there are more nutrients per gram of cooked meat, but that’s just because water weight was lost

Yes even when water weight is lost you lose out on the WATER-SOLUBLE vitamins, the fat soluble ones are more stable but they erode off the meat too while cooking and enter the oils, the vitamins in the remaining fat still get reduced

It does lol chewy foods whitens your teeth

About nutrient profile, some may be destroyed by heat while others become more bioavailable

I lrecommended to eat both raw and cooked meat/ organs for these reasons
@neymar bro you are not a woman are you? why are you ruining the poll? this is a female space here
Its 2025 pal

I have a heavy suspicion that they still consume a diet large in grains, start off their morning and afternoon with 0 meat, and consume some shredded chicken breast and salad at night-time. Women are really not in-tune with their natural instincts when it comes to eating right, they are more brainwashed than men, partially due to eating meat being associated with a high T aesthetic hence why normie men consume it and women not so much.
Honestly meat is way overhyped and high calorie but most women are probably short on protein and fiber which is why they are so crazy about influencers that don't need to drown salade in dressing in order to choke it down

Meat is the best food on earth, the most nutrients out of all foods in the bioavailable form especially when you count organs, it is not high calorie unless you eat pork belly, and if you eat meat raw you will get enough nutrients out of it and don't need to eat more

Yes protein, no fibre, no human on earth needs to consume fibre, fibre is actually bad for us

Yes no human on earth likes eating leaves and plants, no wild human ever encountered these anyway because they were recently cultivated meaning that modern plants were outside our natural diet, even so, wild humans would never look at leaves or flowers (vegetables) and have an desire to consume it, and if they did raw it would taste bitter (toxic)

We did always eat plants, just not regularly since they were typically unappatizing and mainly for buffing up or seasoning plates of food Also most modern crops are heavily altered and probably not as healthy as there original counter parts either way

JFL if you thought we were consuming leaves, we instinctively hate the taste of it (try feeding a baby vegetables and watch their disgust compared to meat) and our digestive systems to not have the enzymes to break plants down efficiently (fibre, indigestible part of a plant for humans, digestible for animals built to consume leaves like cows). We would get 0 nutritional value out of eating it, also if you think we were eating vegetables like carrots and potatoes then you are an idiot, those didn't exist back then or at most had a wild version, additionally humans didn't dig into the ground for tubers anyway and eating it raw is actually deadly and would taste awful. WE DONT HAVE NATURALLY CRAVINGS FOR ANY VEGETABLE LIKE WE DO FOR MEAT
