do you think if i got an expander now it would improve my zygos and get me more forward growth, on top off the 10 months ive been mewing previously?

im slightly more forward grown now, my zygos still dont show much, i just turned 18, im trying to get a appliance now off Mew soon, never had extractions or orthodontics so that helped
 
I looked better even when I was gigarecessed.
And I'm still recessed after almost two years
 
Brutally mogs me at 17
I'm even more recessed than that
