I have 22 inch bidelt untrained, is 24 within reach naturally ? Does anyone have experience with this i'm currently already doing lateral raises and face pulls everyday and I want to implement reeves shrugs , pullovers and deep squats with deep breathing for ribcage expansion. Has anyone successfully increased their bidelt naturally ? Ive heard that just doing wider exercises can get you wider which has some logic behind it like wider pull ups and the reeves deadlift/shrug? I will give my results as i find my groove! Anyone who is really serious about improving aesthetic and strength please message me I want to share information!

Im 5'10.3 night 5'11 morning rn but i think i have hyperlordosis and my forward head posture is shit, I was also supposed to be at least 6'0 so its odd im heightmaxxing too though!!

It should be 20 inch
I am your height and I have 20 inch bidelts and they look wide as fuck
 
Its 22 100% on the side delt not too low i did it on a wall with help and same with height on a wall with a book. Yea man my genetics are kinda crazy but Im fat as shit so i cant even use it lol. This is a xxl shirt.
 
People always are so focused on the shoulder width, YOU NEED TO TRAIN LATS AS WELL. Getting developed lats will give you a wider frame and more of a V-taper look. Don't overlook width outside of your shoulder width / clavicles.
