freedom of speech should not be absolute. Belief in the absolute (in a plural world, this does not apply to the prime mover or the one) is always absurd and will lead to the opposite, for the plural world is changeable and inconstant. So freedom of speech needs to be somewhat limited for example one cannot say anything that would directly lead to the disappearance of freedom of speech itself

It depends. Freedom of speech goes hand in hand with democracy or some type of power to the general public. If the general public uses their freedom of speech to come together to say they don’t want freedom of speech, you come to a paradoxical standstill where you’re just playing with special pleading

freedom of speech can be in a dictatorship tho

Sure it “CAN” be. But I doubt a dictatorship will last very long with freedom of speech, ie. Why dictatorships do not fundamentally follow genuine freedom of speech.. You can’t really dictate a people when they are free to disobey and charge against you.

most people are not free to disobey (they are inner slaves). only small percentage of people are free and capable to overthrow that dictator

I’d even argue that a dictatorship with freedom of speech isn’t a true dictatorship.
On one hand a democracy (De) with freedom of speech (FoS) doesn’t yield either a true democracy or a true freedom of speech. And on the other a true Dictatorship (Di) with freedom of speech doesn’t yield a true dictatorship..
De≠FoS
Di ->(Di ^ FoS)

Yeah I see what you mean. I don’t mean physically disobey as in revolt, I mean more as in verbally disobedience. (Showing discontent or pushback) which would be aloud if freedom of speech is in a dictatorship. (Hence why dictatorships don’t allow for genuine freedom of speech)

true dictatorship with freedom of speech is still a dictatorship because if dictator allows you to speak something IT doesn't mean that it's not a dictatorship anymore cuz dictatorship is just when one ruler rules for his own purpose (rather than common one) so freedom of speech can be allowed in a dictatorship if dictator doesn't feel any threat from people's words
