so here's my take on the lizard people
I don't believe their actual lizards larping as humans but I do believe they are human hybrids, humans injected with reptilian DNA
search up Plum island Hybrids / Human pig Hybrids it's totally possible they Inject pre selected humans ar birth and Inject them with reptilian DNA the reason they do this reptile blood makes them smarter and faster and makes the organs more powerful also protects them from the environments prevents them from sleeping they won't need sleep because the lizard DNA won't let the mind shut down

Freemasons pick people who they want to be influential and give them lizard blood/dna for this exact reason
I don't know how they do it probably something like a machine that injects the blood right into their DNA cells
