These labels have no meaning anymore. Everyone applies them to everything.
As for "alpha" and "sigma", a true alpha or sigma probably won't think of themselves as alphas or sigmas. They sure as hell don't waste time watching videos with "alpha" or "sigma" in the title. To learn more about themselves, lol. I've seen a whole lot of videos on YouTube recently being put out about "sigmas" and "alphas". This type of content is geared towards betas in denial.
