I don’t know why steroids are so normalized in the fitnes industry especially when kids are using them
There's no point in shutting down your test to look like someone who's been training for 7 months
Even if you want to hop on you should at least have 2-3y of lifting experience before you do it so you can actually progress
Funny thing is that gear works differently on everyone
Some people can gain a lot of muscles some will see mediocre results (mostly placebo)
The main problem with most people is that they are inpatient and want the fast way when it comes to gym progress
If you stay consistent and actually try you can build a great physique without any gear
So please lift educated and dont be a dumb fuck
