Why none of the members give valuable advices on this forum..like I had asked if ketoconazole (2%) is good for hair and if it serves as dht blocker but got no replies but there are thousands of replies on simp posts who just yapp

2/ I haven't seen your post, ketoconazole is a very mild DHT blocker, just like Minoxidil or esential oils, saw palmetto etc... It improves hair growth because it kills bacterias & reduce inflammation BUT dry the skin as a side effect so moisturizer on the scalp (not the hair) mandatory
The only real DHT blockers are finasteride and dutasteride, better be topical
