These dont really look that professional though except maybe the bottom picture. The other two just look like working class dudes trying to dress up for an important meeting, not something they would usually wear.

Dont be so obnoxious. I like black hair styles, I just dont think theres a lot of options for the men. Women can braid their hair in tons of different styles, whilst that would just look gay on men. Buzzcuts or defined shoulder length braids are the only styles I can think of that may fit in with an upper class look.
