Getting a fuckton of surgery just to be MtB is lowkey scary

It makes me wonder if things could've been better if I'd never been fat in the firstplace since I already have stretchmarks at 17, or how much of it could've been avoided by stuff like mewing and carnivore as a kid, how much would've been avoided if I didn't goon in my early teens or if any of that ever mattered.

Also I have no possible way to get that money in the firstplace and I'm stuck with a guy who lowkey avoids me half the time because of my iqlet self not being able to hustle.
